Dix Belgravia Limited was established in 1986, as a division of Belgravia Property Trust Plc, to provide a specialist contracting operation within the Group. Management was selectively chosen for knowledge and proven ability in all aspects of contracting.

Since its formation, the Company has progressively expanded and was the subject of a management buyout by its executive directors, thus providing the necessary autonomy to further develop its unique style of contracting.

Based in Guildford, Dix Belgravia Limited is ideally placed to serve London and the South East, although contracts have been successfully undertaken in the South West.

Projects up to £3 million in value have been completed in the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and refurbishment sectors.

With experienced management and a ‘hands on’ approach by the directors, the Company has built a reputation for producing a quality product without compromising budget or programme, whilst at the same time adopting a flexible attitude to ensure that Clients’ requirements are fully met.
