Dix Belgravia Limited were appointed following a two stage tender and negotiation process to construct the shell and core of this purpose built wine lodge.

The project required the demolition of a three storey building and the construction of a steel framed structure with in situ concrete floors and face brick elevations with feature stone reliefs. The pitched roof was clad in natural slate with lead details.

Providing 1100 square metres of floor space over four levels, the scheme, located in a busy town centre site, required considerable planning and co-ordination with the local authority to avoid disruption to traffic and pedestrians.
