Following a successful period of negotiation, Dix Belgravia Limited were appointed by Oaklake Properties Limited to design and build a purpose made warehouse unit to meet the specific requirements of the eventual building owner/occupier, Buildspan.

The accommodation consisted of a ground floor warehouse with internal office facilities at ground and first floor levels, providing a total area of 2104 square metres.

Works comprised the erection of a new high bay warehouse unit of structural steel frame, powder coated steel profile cladding and double glazed aluminium windows and doors.

Internally the warehouse floor was specifically designed for high bay storage facilities, and office areas were constructed to Buildspan’s requirements.

Externally the areas were laid to hard paving with soft landscaping and perimeter fencing.
