Dix Belgravia Limited was appointed to complete the final phase of this project following a successful contract negotiation.

The contract comprised the erection of a reinforced concrete frame with brick clad elevations, to provide twenty-one flats on four floors, under an elegantly pitched slate roof.

The Thomas Pocklington Trust provides accommodation for the visually impaired and the building design by Simmons Taylor Hall catered for the special needs required for the residents. Previous phases were in full occupation throughout the contract period, and close liaison with the Trust’s staff was essential to ensure the well being of the residents.
