Dix Belgravia Limited were appointed by Oaklake Properties Limited, to design and build a purpose made industrial unit for Racing Green Cars.

The accommodation consisted of a workshop, showrooms, offices and common facilities totalling 1445 square metres, on ground and first floor levels.

Works included the erection of a new structural steel framed industrial unit with reinforced piled foundations, powder coated steel profiled cladding and double glazed aluminium windows
and doors. The internal finishes were enhanced to provide a showroom standard.

The whole project was designed in conjunction with Racing Green Cars to meet the specific requirements of their business.
