Dix Belgravia Limited have successfully completed numerous contracts at the Royal College of Music since 1993. These now total some £2.5 million in value.

Most of the works undertaken have been refurbishment to various areas of the college. These have included works to the Grade II listed elevations of the concert hall and stage, the construction of a new library extension, the erection of individual practice rooms and the complete remodelling of the main entrance hall.

Dix Belgravia Limited continue to have a close working relationship with the Royal College and have established a good understanding of their requirements whilst working within this very busy building.

Most of the contracts undertaken have been by negotiation, although some were secured in open tender.
