Dix Belgravia Limited have secured and successfully completed a number of separate contracts at the Royal Hospital since 1994, totalling some £3.20 million.

The works have included the total refurbishment, remodelling and structural repairs to the Infirmary Building, the refurbishment of the In-Pensioners Club and the refurbishment of the Great Kitchen.
Working within the existing Christopher Wren Grade 1 listed monument building required close working relationships with the Royal Hospital, English Heritage and the design team to ensure that, whilst the Royal Hospital’s requirements for maximum use of space and modernisation were met, they did not compromise the appearance or fabric of the existing structure.

The contracts undertaken were on standard JCT Forms of Contract - Management Fee and Intermediate Forms.
