The Adelaide Centre is a high quality office development of four self-contained buildings in a courtyard setting, providing a total of 36,000 square feet of floor area.

The construction elements were a mixture of structural steel framework, load bearing walls and precast/in situ concrete floors on trench fill concrete foundations. The trussed roof construction with slated slopes provided facilities for plant rooms and additional galleried office floor area. The internal building finishes were of the highest quality, with full V.R.V. air conditioning, fully accessible raised floors, passenger lifts, double glazed window units and suspended ceilings.

The contract, which included the introduction of an air conditioning system as a variation during the construction period, was completed to the original programme.
