When Walon Limited, an established Client, urgently needed to convert and refurbish a 74,000 square foot industrial unit in Portbury Docks, Bristol, they once again called upon our expertise knowing that we would work as part of the team to ensure delivery on time and budget.

The building was required as a vehicle repair centre for Toyota GB Limited and the works had to be carried out to their exacting standards and time constraints.

Works entailed the complete refurbishment of the roof, the installation of paint spray booths and ovens, the formation of new offices, the installation of high speed vehicle doors, the upgrading of core areas and various external works including new drainage, fencing and car parking areas.

The works were carried out under a negotiated Design and Build contract with a contract value of £1,100,000 over a 29 week contract period.
